Orienteering race 36:12 [3] 6.77 km (5:21 / km) +37m 5:12 / km

Scottish Champs relay- 11+ 1st leg.

Couldn't find where #1 was on the map so just hit the minging green and bashed through straight till I found the control, wasn't too effective but got there.. After that just working through people until I got to the front of my gaffle with two others and just pack running through to the end. Really enjoyed it need to do more relays.

Scottish Champs Individual- Gullane 11.1km 175m

Very ok performance- 2nd but still binned quite a bit of time throughout the race like most others which is annoying.
