Watching and supporting Rob and Tom E in the 3 Peaks Race.

Gorgeous Weather and a good laugh running up Ingleborough with Lizzie, Rhys (BIRTHDAY BOY) and Gaz.
Jelly Babies, Water and energy gels were given and everyone - even Ron 'the Force' Fawcett had to laugh how steep it was.
Rob got to 17th on the top of Ingleborough with only the descent to go and got cramp. So unlucky on such a good position, never mind - he was up with the best!

no 10Mila - definitely looking forward to Jukola!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
