Nice little run in complex sand dunes.
No pressure which was nice and loved orienteering in the green bits. Slowly getting my confidence back after the British Middle and hopefully my fitness too. Not fit enough for 10Mila though...

Ran really well until control 24 where i lost the plot and hit the wall. Excited about my performance navigating but not so on my running. To be honest I was shit. Just shows you how much I need to get back into the terrian.

All this biking and no real training is not good for me.
