BIKING (Road) 15:00 [3] 3.0 mi (5:00 / mi)

To Work

BIKING (Road) 25:00 [4]

Felt really knackered tonight... Managed to catch Jenny and Jane but then they caught me running at the traffic lights.
Gears don't work due to rust on the main cog so i was stuck in a hard gear all the way up the hill... was so painful!!

Note

Knee, Glut and quad feels really tight tonight! Felt it lots up the hills so did lots of stretching and things that Lizzie told me to do.
Ahh physios... amazing!

Nice Night-O event set up by Craney in a new area around Crookes and the Rivelin valley.
Really glad the controls had reflectors on them otherwise it would have been like looking for a boulder in a boulderfield!
