went for a walkprune :-) took 3h15m along the alum track to toronga rd. think i'll try a short easy run tomorrow. now sporting 3 blisters on my right hand from the secateurs.
intervals on kingston beach. 11 x 1 minute. first training log noted intervals since 11-oct-05. couldn't work out how to use my watch properly to get beeps every minute at the start - got something worked out by the third or fourth rest (jog) minute!
