alum track to second gully, nice overcast conditions for majority of run, cooling breeze. not sure how well my calves will cope with the extra hills, i can certainly feel them now - hopefully its good for them!

golf at kingston beach: 89 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow. 46 - 43 (32 putts) [par 71]

six holes in par: 1, 8, 11, 12, 17, and 18.

6 one putts (5 to make par), 2 (grr) three putts.

almost holed three chips on 1, 12, and 18 :-)

43 on back nine - seven shots better than old PB. really hard that back nine. thirteen shot PB for 18 holes. yellow (social) tees mostly.
