No need for a longrun - I dunno what's goin' on with me nowadays. I'm tired, but my school and workout performance is good. Still, running's not progressing. It's confusing, because actually it is developing, but there are days when I just don't have power or something. Not sure for the reason. The longer intervals are defenetely worse now. I should be focusing on these, but I don't want to reduce my workout sessions. The thing is that I think during the constant cross trainings and workouts, we fell over the horse and now I like working out more than running. Anyway, we need to discuss this with my trainer, so we can improve our plans. There might be some changes in the weekly sessions.
Plan for the week:
Mo - 4x1lap around Stadium u3.50/90r, strength with Laci
Tu - 12x400 u75/90r, hurdles
We - Gym
Th - easy run + TRX (maybe only TRX or easy run on terrain)
Fr - 14x200/100 30
Sa - 4x1lap around Stadium u3.40/2minr
Su - 70min (or less, but on terrain)

Felt bad in my knees. Nasty stomach not resting.

Plan was 2x2000, but couldn't complete it. I'm quite overtrained, so after 400m, my run felt real shit. First 2000 completed at 6.50 but felt that this has no sense, so skipped and helped Miki 3x400 in it. He fought it all the way. This session was only good for breaking my self-confidence down.

With Miki, 3 laps at Sadium, then a little misunderstanding: We thought that we're working the original plan (2x2000) out, but it turned out that we should be warming up inside instead of outside. We realized it so had a chilly stretching, laufschule and some drills in the underground.

3x7x100 with 100m jog recovery. It was great. Didn't look at the time, completely focused on technique. Nice af, nailed it. Others weren't so happy with it.

Nice run. First 4k was good at 18:05 but the following 4.07km was 16:23 which is 4:01/km. Felt great, especially the last part. Lacibá was right about these runs: they really do feel good. Planning to do more of these, awesome af.

5x600 to 1.46-47. All 45-47, but had a really tough time. Struggled even with the first, not speaking of the lasts. But concentrated on the moves and everything went fine besides the pain. Second "real" training this year. Looking 4ward 4 more.

Started in the forest, continued at Stadium. From 25' 2mins of stretching and 15mins of pacing 3:45-50. Felt decent, but something went wrong and my abdominal started to ache. Thought I moved over this, but not so.
