Pushed harder than normal coming back when I spotted a massive black cloud heading my way (like towering and across the whole horizon massive). Got to the top of my road just as it hit, luckily had my sunglasses for the large raindrops/hail

Barefoot. 3min on, 1 min off. Foot a tad sore so will lay off tomorrow, held it to 7 reps not the full 10. However, I do feel I'm pretty close to returning to full training, gonna try do a short orienteering course on Wednesday - can always walk run it too if I need
