Talked to Nick and we decided to try something else as currently I'm not getting very far. So plan is to do a 5 to 10 min walk/jog every day, instead of doing a lot in one day then doing nothing. Going to make an effort to log everything. Hopefully overtime HR will go down and symptoms will go... REALLY fookin bored of this now so will do anything to be back!!!!!!!!!!!!
