Pretty rough evening last night, pretty knackered. Slept from 6pm-9:30pm. Then slept from about 10:30- 8am. Woke up this morning and whole body ached. fun.

Little jog. HR started at 72 and went up pretty quickly. Had to walk soon after starting jogging to keep it HR under 140. Head ok, legs quite heavy.

Talked to Nick and we decided to try something else as currently I'm not getting very far. So plan is to do a 5 to 10 min walk/jog every day, instead of doing a lot in one day then doing nothing. Going to make an effort to log everything. Hopefully overtime HR will go down and symptoms will go... REALLY fookin bored of this now so will do anything to be back!!!!!!!!!!!!
