Been feeling really good all week. Crashed Saturday evening but the good thing is it's happening less and less frequent.
RHR on Saturday evening when I crashed was 86, compared to my normal RHR of about 50. Nae too good.

Cycle to gym, nearly late cause got stopped by the bike police. Then cycle back after gym+meeting.
