Note

Platelet donation. First time giving platelets, weird feeling as the blood goes back into your arm, your arm goes cold.... 72 mins stuck to the machine, I think I gave 2 lots of 150ml platelets. But wasn't really paying attention... definitely felt better afterwards than after a whole blood donation....

Fun night-O beginners session, 13 running. Paired up with total newcomer who hadn't orienteered really before. He was getting the hang of it towards end, it was enjoyable. Then ran back out to collect some controls.
