First we did some running form practice on a parking lot. First the couch telling some things and then couple of repeats of trying it. I didn't have my watch on for these so they're missing. I wasn't sure how I'd use the watch for the repeats..

Hill repeats! Not a very steep hill, goal was to do 15mins of faster up and slow jog or walk back. I think I did pretty well, didn't get too tired at any point since the point wasn't to do full on sprints. I didn't know how to use the watch for this either so time and distance is just total..

After the hill repeats we did some stairs! Going slowly up three times, focusing on form and activating right parts of the body.
We also did some balance/strength exercises at the parking lot before the hill repeats - grouped them together here: 10mins for the stairs and estimated 5mins for the parking lot bit.
