Jog to Oulunkylä to get the car.

First run in ages! Shins stiff and left knee acting up a bit. Walked some parts. Time isn't 100% correct because forgot to turn off the watch when I arrived at the car.

30 Days of Yoga, day 1

Here we go again! I think yoga is the best way for me to stretch and get the stiffness out of my body and also to get some more strength. Just need to remember to do this every day..
