Fun day at work, played a recruitment consultant at a trainee recruitment day. Something new for me, 10min interviews were kinda fun considering I normally interview each candidate for an hour!
Super spring-ly day as well, sunny and all!!

Run in to the ski stadium for Juoksuklubi, left a bit late.

First instructions were 15min towards Jalkaranta and back. Footpaths are almost dry already and nice chatting!

Indoors and first we did 10 times 100m, a minute between each start. I think each repeat was rougly 30sec for me so 30sec rest in between.

Next we did 5 times 60m, 2,5min in between each repeat walking back to start.

Walking over some hurdles with different styles. Kinda fun and I was surprisingly good at it considering I've never done it before. Maybe orienteering helps with coordination and stuff like that?

Almost three weeks without running, busy with organising my graduation party and then crumb here and crazy for skiing and then just wrecked from work.

Last weekend spent just chilling and doing nothing was definitely deserved and now feeling a bit better. Also weather getting a lot more spring-ly and it's still bright when I get home from work!!

Easy lap around Kivistönmäki. Walked up the hill. Knee was sore about halfways through and coming down the hill.
