1 lap of the white fence lap 3.55km as the 10km fun run is on Sunday. was meant to run at 10km race pace...not sure if i could sustain it for that long, we'll see...

8 x 500m 1.56, 1.59, 1.59, 1.57, 1.58, 1.58, 1.56, 1.59 and a 1.00 on the way back to the car. i'll have to flick back to see if i've done these intervals before coz the location has changed due t water logged grass. started with the top group which i don't usually do and i wasn't the last of them!
