One of our goals for this year is to explore more parks around Pittsburgh, so we headed to Hillman SP for our long run this week. The trails were fantastic! We were briefly on horse trails and the frozen, uneven ground on those was not fun, but the rest of the trails were very nice. A few inches of snow on the ground. Most of the trails had been travelled on by a few fat bikers, but there were a couple that we were the first :) It was snowing when we started and then the sun came out by the end. We only covered maybe half of the trails in the park, so we will definitely be back. Carried a light pack. Fun day!

Easy spin on the trainer. Way more appealing than going outside in the single digit weather. Calves are sore from this weekend, but other than that my legs feel good. Stretched for a while after.
