Easy bike to stretch our legs out after yesterday. Biked over to the library and back along the trail/through campus. My legs felt pretty dead when we started, but were a lot better by the end.

Orienteering race 7:45:24 [5] 19.7 mi (23:37 / mi)

Nitrogaine! Our first overnight orienteering adventure. Navagation wasn't as dificult as I expected. With the reflective tape near the controls and Byrnedfish's intense headlamp we were able to spot the controls without much difficulty. The first 6 hours or so went pretty well. After that we started getting tired and our navigation went downhill. Very happy with how we did. Hit 26/45 controls and had an awesome time!

Attempted a run, but with poison ivy all over my legs didn't make it very far.

Ran a loop onto campus (stopped breifly at lab) and back. Went after dinner (~7:30) once it had cooled down a bit, legs felt really good. Picked it up the last mile or so. Should run at this time more often!
