Keystone state park red course -6.3 km

Forgot to start my watch so I don’t have tracks, I borrowed distance from Sydney. No really problems navigationally, and I focused on keeping a steady pace throughout. Managed to squeak out a win by 1:10 over Sydney, due to the large amount of trail running.

Absolutely beautiful day for a ride. There is definitely a touch of fall in the air though. Really enjoy the trail sections beyond where we normally get to, probably just cuz they are more new to me.

Man I haven’t done this run all summer! Intended to do the flat 4 mile loop. I made a wrong turn early that was going to shorten my run too much, so I added back in one of the hills. Then I made a wrong turn at the top of that hill that added another hill and put me on a trail I’ve never done before. What a struggle. Oh well it was a beautiful day and I got in some good trail miles so a win overall :)
