Designed a "trailless course" (I left trails through green areas) that had mostly long legs for syd to get in the groove. It went pretty well, but it turns out a lot of the logical route choices were very similar, so I could have designed it a little better. It is amazing how removing trails breaths some life back into a stale map. It was ridiculously hot out by the end.

Tempo run. It’s been a long time since I stopped incorporating these in favor of working on endurance. My pace was a bit off where I had ended, and I definitely didn’t feel like I had much oomph. Still felt good though and I think the heat is part of the reason
