Last big training run.
The good: Physically I felt good, even with the heat. I took it slow and steady and kept myself in a feel good place without over revving. Transitioned to walk running about halfway through.
The bad: I got bored. uh oh. Also, about half an hour after dehydration and electrolyte imbalance hit me hard. During the race i will have more access to water (ran out near the end of this run with no chance to refill). Also did a poor job planning snacks and food: breakfast at 5:30, ran 930-2 without a heavy snack.
