Mountain Biking2:50:58 [3] 38.89 mi (13.6 mph) +821m
Wanted to get a >30 mile bike ride in since I havent been biking much in the last month. Decided to start at a different parking lot for the montour trail. We stopped to look at a map at one point and saw that there was a tunnel comming up, so we pushed on until we got to the tunnel.
Legs were quite tired by the end, but apparently we started with 10 straight miles of uphill... Its nice that even though its an easy trail we get some climb in.

Loop of south park white trail (All dirt). We had a really terrible map to try to follow, but there were lots of criss crossing unmapped trails and the white blazes were not always obvious, so im not sure if we got the whole thing right. At one point we came to a double fence and were quite confused only to find its a game preserve with buffalo! Saw tire tracks on all the trails so doubles as a mtn bike trail.
Elevation didnt feel to bad, but still better than comparable distance run of bird hills :)

Option 2 out the front door:
Was hoping once i got across the street and into the neighborhood it would be quiet, but the roads were actually rather busy unfortunately. And no shoulder. By another super easy run with pretty sweet elevation.

Option 1 out of the front door: 2 loops of the development. Not a very exciting run, but easy, dont need to worry about traffic, and 250m of elevation!
First exploration of the mountour trail. About a 15 minute drive to parking, but the trail was pretty deserted so it wasnt annoying biking. Mix of crushed gravel and paved, was hoping it was all gravel
