Bush event #3
Bendigo ToDay Hagaby. Generally eventful. Not in a good way.
Fluffed five controls. None minutes lost.
Missed one entirely.
Added 70 metres of uneccessary climb.
Then I went home and injured myself.

Note

Note

I thought I had already collected the full house of tendonopathies... but I heard of another today. Had to google it. I suppose in good time I will succumb to it as well to add to plantar, achilles, runners knees and tennis elbow.

10 AM

Running 43:41 [3] 6.6 km (6:37 / km) +125m 6:03 / km

Skraplands. A little further taking it easy still. Cylinder of pain and regular serial stretching seems to be helping.

Running 27:02 [2] 4.35 km (6:13 / km) +25m 6:02 / km

Test run. Obviously still some virus in the system as the sweat level was above normal and there was the occasional bout of light-headness tending to dizziness. Not concerned as it is clearly on the improve. What isn't is the left hamstring area. Two weeks of rest and its much the same now as two weeks ago. What next?

Note
(sick)

Drive back to Bendigo, punctuated by a number of long nausea stops.
