Gentle run around Crusoe tracks. Back would not allow any more.

Tried a run, and discovered 5 kilometers is the limit again. Might try and run again tomorrow as it is-
PEAK WHIRRAKEE.

But might not get far and will definitely not be running Friday. Back to two day maximum consecutive runs.
