Real Orienteering race (Crusoe) 50:55 [4] *** 7.1 km (7:10 / km) +120m 6:37 / km
spiked:13/16c shoes: ASICs Kayano 21 Grey

Hagaby at Upper Crusoe. You have to have a good reason to not run the red line. But I missed three good reasons... hard to spot controls such as pits in flat open country. Fast race for me. Foot isn't too bad afterwards. Ibuprofen, ice and wait and see. Thanks Jim and Leon.

Sprint event at Gateway Park. Not difficult to find the controls. But I did take one less than optimal route choice. Not much speed in the legs.
