Mandurang. Second time course setter which is good. Must admit its hard to get excited about Mandurang after 5 days of Slovenian karst and four days wandering Kooyoora. Lack of excitement probably exacerbated by continual plantar fasciitis pain in right foot. If this keeps up I might start writing letters to orienteering Australia..

Managed to last a reasonable distance by excessive taping of the right foot and judicious use of NSAIDs. Took almost as long to tape as to run.
