A hard ride for a change. Clocked a new max speed down Barnard street of 51.7kph. This was one of those rare examples of the downhill work producing the maximum heart rate for the session.

Too pleasant outside to make an excuse for a sedentary lunch break. I know this won't last much longer.
I am realising that my muscle soreness is not improving. Time for more dedicated action. Not sure what though.

Morning conjugal run. My body doesn't like running before morning tea. This felt hard and fast but the GPS says slow and plodding.

Two interesting observations.
A small delivery van at Woolie.. Ute size and obviously not corporate. Is the duopoly going local.
Two examples of dog walking. One was a baby pusher with the dog sitting in the seat. The second was someone who obviously walks his dogs down to the local primary school so they can shit in the loose pine bark under the playground attractions. What a shit, and I'm not talking about the deposits.
