Shortened skraplands. Just pushing the distance a little further than yesterday. Now to see whether the knee holds up.

Still sore in the knee. This is becoming a regular condition. I expect to be running again Thursday.

Mr Singh said: "The secret to a long and healthy life is to be stress-free. Be grateful for everything you have, stay away from people who are negative, stay smiling and keep running."
If someone runs a marathon at age 100, advice they offer is worth listening too. ;-)
