Started at No. 7 but ran the other direction, to the top of Mt Herbert, then along the ridge, down Hunts Gap Road and back along the channel, some terrain running to the highway, then back to No. 7. It was a tougher run than the normal Sunday fare. Its very nice along the ridge past Mt Herbert.

Same run as my fall on Sunday. Looked very carefully for the root I fell on, but couldn't see it! It looked enormous last week as I lay on the ground in pain. Someone must have been kind enough to remove it.....

Very slow run. I think I'm now as slow as when I started training 15 years ago.

Finally found time for a run. First since the knee grazing. Managed a low pace jog, but opened up the knee scab.

Managed a short subset of just back exercises before getting a train to melbourne. Back home after 10 this evening so no running likely.
