Real Orienteering race (Kooyoora) 1:36:01 [3] **** 9.5 km (10:06 / km) +290m 8:46 / km
shoes: Saucony White Thingys

SL at Kooyoora. Real Orienteering. Good route choice for the long first leg. I think I made the correct choice. Right up the valley and over saddle at lowest feasible point. Reasonably happy with the navigation. Spiked all but one control. The one wobble was only small anyway. Not running well though.

Yet another therapeutic run. Th elast two kilometres were more like a tempo run, which is a sign the back issue is under control. Off to Melbourne to speak at some conference on adaptation to climate change. My theme.. agriculture. My message- the word adaptation is a tool to seduce others into believing it won't hurt.
