On reading Blair's log, decided to also take a can of that 'Harden Up' after yesterday's decision to rest. When taking pharmaceutical supplements, it is good practice to read about the potential side effects. Perhaps I opened the can a little too early, but its effect was most evident in the music last night, which continued till at 3.00am. The playing became particularly hard when we ended up playing 7/16 and 11/16 tunes at about 2am.
The can contents were beginning to wear off next morning, but i did manage to rise at about 8.00am after far less than recommended sleep. Did the exercise program and progressed to 6 pull ups at the end. I must be deluding myself that climbing will be on the agenda in the next few years. Then extended the 30 minute run to 50 minutes. By then the can contents were just a memory.
Note to Blair. If you decide to progress to a can of "Harden the F Up", check the adverse reaction list first.
