Heavy training spending money at Anaconda in preparation for JWOC trip. Who should we meet there, but Toph, also spending money. No time for running, but rogaine tomorrow will make up for that.

Started an interval session but a little discretion was applied when the sore muscles rebelled

Meant to run further, but still sore from the blodslitet on Sunday, so cut it short. Very slow.
