Feeling much better today. After a bad 2 days I had only planned to run for 30min. But was feeling ok and so stretched it to 40, then 50 then settled on 1 hour. Would have been happy to keep going but thought it wise to not overdo things.

Started up the creek for 20 minutes, then back past Sams school and got my extra time in going out a bit on the road to Jaramlee.

This was supposed to be a long run. Just not feeling good right from the off. Wandered around the streets keeping to the flattest possible route and still chucked it in after 35min. HR was low - just the legs that wouldn't turn over.
