Warm up run down around to Pileated Woods, intervals up the hill: 1,2,3,2,1 minutes. Then on the way back down between each interval checked control points for Monday's event. Cool-down run home uphill (as much as that is possible). Looking like lots of fun for Monday, just check your control codes!
