Hiking up Mount Ida with Koryn, Rachel, and Takumi. Bugs were just brutal.

Running 1:00:00 intensity: (51:00 @1) + (3:00 @3) + (6:00 @4)

Warm up run down around to Pileated Woods, intervals up the hill: 1,2,3,2,1 minutes. Then on the way back down between each interval checked control points for Monday's event. Cool-down run home uphill (as much as that is possible). Looking like lots of fun for Monday, just check your control codes!
