Strength in Sully gym. Good workout, did not do any weights on my legs or do any impact things (eg running warm-up). Warmed up mostly on the stationary bike.
First strength workout since surgery, so took it fairly easy. Great to be back to training with the group even if it is only once a week. Avoided all impact stuff.
Warm up - 15 minutes 3x2 minute intervals with ~3 minutes rest each time. Went quite well, it is just really nice to be "moving" even if it is only in the basement...
