2-1 loss today, but it was not even an enjoyable game. Both sides playing a little rough and foul calling was all over the place. Got a good workout in though - mostly easy stuff except a couple of high intensity sprints - lots of subs again today.

First real ski of the year at sovereign. Good conditions, great ski, nice intervals in 1,2,3,3,3,2,1, minutes with equal rest up the world cup trail.

A little full off the start with some wait time (not included in workout time) but cleared out after 8:30. Got much better throughout the course of the night, figured out how to smash again.

Successfully procrastinated Bio term assignment another day - tomorrow is crunch time.

Claiming first person to ski at larch hills this year! Conditions were a lot of mud and some snow, but right around the south hub was great. Anything with overhangign trees was almost snowfree, and about 3 inches on the wide packed roads at the south hub. "Skiable"

I played a great game, probably the best of the year. The rest of the team, not quite so much. Lost 3-1, but should have only been 2-1 considering they played through a foul in their box and then went down the field with our guy on the ground and scored. I hate it when people don't play fair.

Run up mount Ida to east peak from the fruit farm, photo op, run back down. Bried stop at the silver mine on the way up too. Best run in a long time! Great to de-stress, and run out solutions to life's problems.
