Went well for the first 9 minutes, then started getting some pain. Manageable until around 13 minutes, when I got up to a 4/10, with pain localized in the feet, and some up into the usual places in the calf. Ran through it for a bit, but was getting worse quickly, so dropped to a walk back for another 2 minutes to the car. Once weight was off my feet, pain subsided to around 0.5 within a couple of minutes.
Following strength, just muscle soreness in the calves, and next to nothing in the feet - hopefully a good sign.
