Fantastic run with Julian, Fel and Jonno. From Fel and Jools place along the tracks of Nacka and surrounds. Such beautiful orienteering terrain and great to catch up with Fel and Jools. Jonno, Jools and I stopped 5mins from home and had a dip in the lake. Lovely dinner afterwards with the Dent-Brown family.

Woohoo Sunny Stockholm!!! Beautiful weather and Jono and I headed out for a ‘jet lag buster’ run. Started running about 1am Australian time which was 5pm Swedish time. Worked out been up 44hours with about 4 hours sleep on planes along the journey. Ran over to Vinterviken which was a lake and bathing area. Swedes lying everywhere like seals on rocks soaking up the May sunshine.

8 * 1 min on 1min off with da boys. Much excitement as one of our number, Sam, won the UTA 50k on weekend. Incredible run. I felt ok off the short warm up.
