Very slow run at Noosa to Hells Gates through the NP. Beautiful day again. Girls have both been sick and I seem to have a low level version of it - some sort of virus. Maybe shouldn't have run but when your in Noosa and its low 20s....

Felt bit better in the legs so ran to the point in Noosa NP and back. Lots of people again. A koala in a tree at Tea Tree Bay was a real traffic jam.

Up in Noosa now. Beautiful as always. This was an incredo slow plod along to Tea Tree Bay in National Park. Tonnes of people around for school holidays. Felt ok as far as recovery goes with no injuries but geeze downhill was painful. Glad to run in Noosa again and glad to have that run done.
