Early morning Andy's Famous 5 Hills before driving to Melbourne. Had to wake up the name sake of the hills after he slept through his alarm. Hills were pretty solid. Calves a bit sore but didn't think they would break.
Hopeless day for training. packing, getting ready for going away etc and never got out for a run. So did extra stretching. Also coz my calves are still a bit sore.

Christmas Day run, mostly with Shep. Over to meet Shep at Dairy Farmers (I was late...) and then over to Bob&Judes at Hughes. Pretty humid and consequently sweaty. Stopped on Scrivener Dam wall after she spotted some turtles and a large fish. Calves/achilles still not good from Sunday and pretty painful but hopefully will be better for the run.
Got a new watch for Xmas - Garmin 620 - so was obsessively examining screens while running. It has auto stop/start feature so you can see stop/start when crossing fences and stiles.
