Early morning AM run with ALJ. COld with beanie, warm jumper and gloves staying on the whole run. Down through kangaroo paddock and over to Dairy Farmers and back again (basically). Foggy the whole time and no view from Dairy Farmers! Kangaroo paddock lived up to its name with a roo leaning against the fence with presumably busted leg on way home - we rang the ranger. Reasonable pace and ALJs running form noticebaly different and better following her stretching regime. Got the papers on the way home.

A Black Mountain on way in to meet Searlo for lunch and then back to home. Could tell my riding has been very little last 6 weeks or so - slow, hard work up Blackie and very slow time. Still will be better next one as a result.
