Gentlemans lap of the lake with Searlo who has now completed 1 week of training. Bit inbetweeny on the weather with too warm for winters but too cold for sping-stuff so got a bit cold in spring stuff. Had coffee and raisin toast at newish place near Urban Food. Cant remember the name but nice coffee. One of those coffee bar style places so very much sitting on the pavement.

Sigh. Getting increasingly cranky during the day which I diagnosed as meaning I needed a run. Coughed and spluttered round half lap of Aranda which was fine and expected but then did my old mans back-calf. argh. makes sense given endless flu-related slouching and no exercises but annoying.
Rode in only. coughed and spluttered through the cold air in aranda, then my gear cable busted right off on the way down aranda hill but things picked up as I rode slowly (in a low gear only) into work.
