Longish run from home to Jogalong. Andy's fitness improving so he joined me for the first half before he headed home. Pretty cold with fog not lifting till post run. With kids at Grandparents Belinda and I headed to tilleys post run for coffee and raisin toast - yum and importantly nice and warm inside!

Really didnt feel like running so told myself to stop thinking abotu it and just do it and went out and did 4*EcMo Easy ints on Gossan Hill. As is usual felt much better for having done them. Pace reasonable.

Morning run thru the fog with the boys. Searlo's bean dinner not helping the ambiance as we ran in our own smelly fog. Rob turned up wearing back pack which had us worried we were doing 40k not 40mins but turned out he was just going on to work.

Thats two days in a row my run time got squashed down to 20mins or less. still at least I got out - this time running through Civic and ANU to deliver some documents I had to drop off.

Finally seem to ahve stabilised the HRM. Did 8 short hills on hill done a few times when in Monty. Calves/achilles a bit tweaky on the 2nd and 3rd but pushed through. Really a very short hill (40s) and plenty of lactic flowing. Good to do occasionally I guess.
