On the mend so went out to Rob & Als event at Majura. Just trotted/walked round Red 3. Good courses and got the best of a chilly day.

Was hopeful for some massive weight loss from sickness. Not happened yet. What did happen was Abby caught it - I guess if you're gonna have a big spew then the bath is not a bad place for it.....(although Zoe who was also in the bath might not share that opinion)

Running 1:24:39 [3] 16.0 km (5:17 / km)
ahr:134 max:172 (sick) shoes: Nike Air Pegasus27

Usual run home from work. Felt very tired, sluggish, a few excissive aches and just weak. Started to think that last Fridays hills must've really taken it out of me but then decided that was ridiculous and must be just having bad day. Later that night when I was awake pretty much all night on the verge of spewing and the virus had really set in I had my answer.....

Running 36:47 [3] 7.0 km (5:15 / km)
shoes: Nike Air Pegasus26

Early morning trot with ALJ, both of us a bit sluggish today. Plans for ints seem to be fading into the distance. Just cant do it at sparrows fart.
