Put a radio control out.

Day 2 on VOTF. Presos went v well, particularly recycled clothing with David Hoggs 1972 Aust team tracksuit the standout winner. John Scowns 1976 t-shirt from ACT Champs at Gudgenby not shown the level of appreciation it deserved.

Day 1 of VOTF. Sound not as good as we would of liked effecting the ads and CC. But good course setting with radios and long run in gave us plenty to talk about. VOTF presos took a bit of cajoling to get crowd going but then seem to flow.

Another Tuesday morning where got up a little early and did DS hills. Better than last week with no calf/achilles pains and slightly faster times getting back towards what I should be doing for those hills. My legs felt like concrete blocks though! Only had enough time to do 4.
