Run to Monty Hill plus slow run home with a few loops to add some time.

Did 6 hills of this hill near Mum&Dads place which starts at a bend in the Plenty River and up a concrete path to the houses/another path. Not too long but gradient quite steep. As times show bit conservative at the start but pushed last two. Recoveries a bit over 1:1

Bit of a "sanity run" round Montmerency as I got out at 9.15pm after girls had a lot of trouble going to sleep. surged a couple of hills and wanted to do more but at after 9pm I was over it.

Course setting for ANU Summer Series in January. Geeze ANU must have a cracker building fund. Since RobW course set and updated the map last year there are works and new buildings every bloody where. I was hoping to get it mostly done today but despite also doing an hour or so's driving-mapping as well it is nowhere near done. Still a good start and it is a fun area to course set.

Slow crawl half lap of aranda - as shown by HR avg! Achilles/calves very tight and sore at start but much looser and more comfortable by the end.
