With O at Glendale and Great Nosh in Sydney Andy and I decided to just long run from home. Gossan Hill, a lap of Bruce and OConnor RIdges, Black Mtn Reserve, Aranda Hill and back to ANdys before home. Bit sore round the lower back and stomach after not sleeping so well. Who knows - just getting old I guess. Hoggster suffering Chealseaitis after watching FA Cup.

Back on the horse. Did the old concrete path run except in reverse. A new sign down the base of Aranda Hill informed me that the main track we run along there is in fact 'Old Weetangera Road'. V.interesting.

Alright scrap that fancy milky coffee + 90min run = sick theory. Belinda was crook as a dog last night, same as me on Sunday, and hers had nothing to do with coffee, milk or running!
