Running hills 25:30 [5] 5.0 km (5:06 / km)
ahr:144 max:175 shoes: Saucony Triumph 5

DS Hills with COckies. Did 7 to top pole rather than my usual pole, i.e. further. felt pretty weary in quads but havent been sleeping well with sick girls in the house. Twist to normal hills was set the cockies to memorise a leg of a course at bottom of hill and then draw it on blank sheet of paper at top. Was hard to remember and effected how much you pushed yourself physicaly. Good fun and meant ints went quick. Big turn up too - mace, ben, hoggster, rob, grantM, heffer, devil (!), lac6hy and miss jones. I think that was it.

Warm up round aranda ovals. warm down straight home. Rob spent most of warm up complaining about his feet getting wet from the wet grass. Soft as marshmallow.

Terrain run (!) with Rob. Basically run through Black Mtn towards his place then looped through black mtn saddle and I ran back home. Conversation topics included our ayup lights, the old terrain loop and the work conditions at the ABS currently.

Started my daddy-day-care day cleaning up a poo-exploded nappy and being vomited on. Didn't get out. As in didn't get out at all.
