Running 1:43:02 [3] 21.0 km (4:54 / km)
shoes: Saucony Triumph 4

Andy and I joined the Wagga Wagga Womens Running Club (WWRC) of Sanders, Miss Jones, ALJ and Briohny for the long run. We did the double of Majura and then Ainslie. Main conversation point was the reason for Hoggster's grumpiness with Miss Jones and I peppering away at Andy as to the cause. It wasn't till post-run that we asked about the obvious and were rewarded - he hadnt had time for a coffee pre-run! We went to Sfoglia post run which was nice - for the record raisin toast and coffee.

Twin Pram Running 28:26 [3] 5.0 km (5:41 / km)
ahr:131 max:157 shoes: Nike Air Span

Twin pram run with Dees. Ran over to their place then the Aranda-winter blob run. Bit stop-starty with stop at the Dees and then to inspect the renovations on one of the Dees friends house. Aranda hills on twin pram run are fairly steep. We might have do dig out the twin running pram that we have soon. Its supposedly light weight and designed for running and now that A&Z hold their heads no probs it could be a goer.

Cycling 30:00 [3]

super commuting home round the edge of the lake. saw RobW but he had no time to chat. No sign of the Glenloch-pipi.

Running tempo 57:14 [4] 13.0 km (4:24 / km)
ahr:148 max:172 shoes: Nike Air Span

Lunchtime run round Black Mtn with big group of ACTRun crowd including Patrick & Graham. Surged the hills loosely along the crackenback route although probably a bit longer than the crackenback and we recovered down the hills. Probably 15mins of hills (I didnt time it). I felt ok and put in a bit more effort up the last to the black mtn saddle/seat and was buggered.

Orienteering race 35:12 [5] 6.6 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Brooks Tractor

Summer Series at Campbell Park. Stuffed up the first one just running in the general direction of the control (except I wasnt). After that remembered I was carrying my compass round Campbell Pk for a reason and endeavoured to use it. Navigated pretty well from then on but physically was tired/flat. I suffered for the couple of biscuits I stole off the Jones girls at rego - karma.
Forgot HRM.

Cycling 25:00 [3]

half a commute. saw a ridiculous bike-helmet effort. its bad enough seeing all the people with cable ties on their helmets to ward off magpies & pipis (does it actually work?) but I saw a guy today riding with strips of supermarket plastic bags tied to his helmet. couldnt he afford cable ties? did he think it looked less ridiculous than cable ties?

Running 37:01 [3] 7.0 km (5:17 / km)
ahr:137 max:157 shoes: Saucony Triumph 4

Run home with Emily. Warm afternoon. Em getting back into swing of running so we travelled a bit quicker than a fortnight ago.

Cycling 53:00 [3]

Commuting. Was thinking of longer ride home but wind seemed to whip up my hayfever so by the end of the day I felt rotten. Elected to go straight home. As Belinda pointed out it must've been hayfever rather than Saturday night at German Brewery for friends 30th and last night at All Bar Nun. I did drive last night so definitely hayfever.
