Running long 1:23:02 [3] 17.0 km (4:53 / km)
ahr:133 max:162 shoes: Nike Air Span

Good turnout for Cockies run. We went up Hackett Hill first and I went lactic and felt awful, despite the usual 'warm-into-it' pace. Thought it was going to be a difficult run but felt ok going up AInslie chatting to Jo and then again when we went up the steeper fence line of Hackett Hill. Got back to the saddle and Grant and I were keen to keep going to 90 but a wave of cbf seemed to have swamped the group so we went back down to the car park.

Running warm up/down 30:30 [3] 6.0 km (5:05 / km)
ahr:122 max:166 shoes: Saucony Triumph 4

Warm up and down for hills wtith Hoggster. Ran over to Hoggster-central, to start of 5 hills the back down DS Hill to home. I got swooped a ripper running over to Hoggsters with wings to the neck and a buffeting of the head. Won't be running that way again till Christmas.

Running hills 21:46 [5] 5.0 km (4:21 / km)
ahr:145 max:167 shoes: Saucony Triumph 4

5 Hills with Hoggster although I stuffed it up again, missing the end point of the first hill and therefore the shortcut to the 2nd hill. consequently I did 4 hills. I wasnt expecting much after so little sleep during the week and poor diet/training but felt ok. Pushed hardish on last one trying to stay ahead of Andy who was doing a longer final hill.

Running 24:03 [3] 4.0 km (6:01 / km)
ahr:129 max:146 slept:3.5 shoes: Nike Air Span

not much of a run but made an effort to duck out so better put it down. Sleep has not been happening very much last week with Zoe not sleeping and last night was a corker meaning very tired. Also busy. Best I could do was nick home from work early and squeeze in 20mins before bath time (for the twins, not me). Ran from home, along road past Calvary (cant remember name right now) and then through Gossan Hill back home over red bridge. Change came while running which was nice.

Note

Too busy with using car so no chance to commuter-exercise.

Twin Pram Running 28:02 [3] 5.0 km (5:36 / km)
ahr:122 max:140 slept:4.0 shoes: Nike Air Span

was going to be a longer twin pram run but bumped into the other aranda twin couple almost as soon as left the house so walked with them first for 20mins or so. then ra from in the swanky South Bruce through back to aranda and onto the aranda winter blob course. steep as ever with the pram.

Running warm up/down 32:15 [3] 7.0 km (4:36 / km)
ahr:137 max:150 shoes: Saucony Triumph 4

Warm up and down, running from work up to back of csiro and then back from black mtn seat.

Running hills 14:00 [5] 3.0 km (4:40 / km)
slept:4.0 shoes: Saucony Triumph 4

Did 4 hills. 1st from back of csiro to backmtn saddle seat, then 3 of single track below Black Mtn seat. Felt pretty good and could've done more but had to get back to work. Hills:
3.58 (154/169)
1.05 (135/163)
1.05 (146/165)
1.03 (144/167)

Cycling 53:00 [3]

commuting. came home via lake & aranda hill. very windy. cunningly placed myself in middle of 3 riders for the "magpie section" and it paid dividends with only the back guy getting swooped. Got to have a good look at him and I think he's only a pipi - not as brutal but more maneuverable than a maggie.

Running 50:28 [3] 9.0 km (5:36 / km)
ahr:141 max:151 shoes: Asics GT2120

Run to work with Hoggster via Ella's child care so round the bike path and a bit further than usual. Not suprisingly after not much training last half a week I felt pretty good. Beautiful morning with summer a-coming!
