various trots with Hoggster & Dane putting out and pulling in radio controls round Campbell Park. My tights bought at 1996 Jukola may need to go into service. Either that or others better get used to seeing a fair bit of my crack as I try to yank the tights back up again.

concrete path loop with bastard hill variation. Decided to sneak out for a run to try and dissapate the build up of energy from watching the Dogs play crap football. Looked like they couldnt be bothered but I better not start.... they were crap.

A hoggster 10k probably. Ran with the Hoggster intending to do crackenback but my lateness to start run and Hoggster's desire to be on time for voice of the forest rehearsals meant we shortened. surged up Aranda Hill. Felt pretty stiff in quads & hammys. could be from pete or who knows.

Tour de Pete with kez, Sebba & Devil. STarted a bit wonky with Kez late and Devils light throwing itself onto the road in protest at the cold. Seb & Devil cranked along through Fraser before Kez & I were forced to put the brakes on the bunch. Returned to team time trialing along Horse Park but was glad to see Seb had a weakness - hills - as we ground up to the Federal Hwy. Devil has no weaknesses. Coffee was good at Sfoglia which was reassuring as the last few had been duds. They were advertising for new staff so I assume my compaints found their mark.

4*aranda rollercoaster with Hoggster & Pippa. Felt good to be doing some "real" training. Hills were tough after not doing much for a while. Was going to do 5 but went lactic in last one and Hoggster suggested it was time to leave.

More traditional Blob route as I was on cooking duties and had to get home. Hoggster was pumped after a good weekend of house negotiations and me and the dees just hung on. I had a massage earlier in the day and hip etc felt a lot better.
